WELCOME TO CLUB
ideas made real
ABOUT
Club Entrepreneurship is about reimagining entrepreneurship education with sustainability thinking at its core. It centres on those who aspire to meet the challenge of becoming a new-breed entrepreneur.
New-breed entrepreneurs strive to embrace sustainable thinking in idea development and business model design.
As resources become finite and issues such as waste, climate change, emissions, deforestation, air and plastic pollution, water scarcity, biodiversity loss, melting ice caps and sea level rise, ocean acidification, agriculture, overfishing, food and water insecurity, poor governance, human trends such as fast fashion and textile waste and cobalt mining, along with the increasing humanitarian divide; the embodiment of sustainability practices in the quest for value creation and capture is a necessity.
Club Entrepreneurship has two streams. The first stream focuses on individuals who desire to develop and evolve a business ‘start-up’. The revisualisation of employment and careers in a changing landscape requires individuals to be more resourceful and respectful of the need to be sustainable in idea development. Planning for sustainability is part of futureproofing your idea to achieve long-term sustainability.
The second stream is for business groups that already have an established business model and want to regenerate it into one that embraces sustainable principles with a new perspective; or, find a new business idea and emerging future-proofed business model to prepare for the new world industry 5.0 economy challenge.
Enrolling in Club Entrepreneurship courses is the first step in setting yourself up to be sustainable in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world.
Club Entrepreneurship allows you to be part of the entrepreneurial 'new breed' that values sustainability and is central to making your ideas real.

MISSION TO EMBRACE THE LEARNING
Club Entrepreneurship brings entrepreneurial educational power to those who want to transform their ideas and business models into a sustainable and purposeful organisation.
VALUES

The natural environment and all its creatures.

Society and the facilitation of learning and technology for good.

Responsibly creating purposeful economic value.
“That is to embrace your entrepreneurial adventure while being part of the positive change in this world.”
APPROACH
To commence your entrepreneurial adventure as either a 'start-up' or established business, please enrol as an Individual or as part of a Group. Enrol online if you are an Individual or contact Club Entrepreneurship to enrol into the Business Group Program.
If you are a 'start-up' the learning commences with the first course (Course 1), Entrepreneurial 'Start-Up' Foundations.
Once you complete this course, you will understand more about yourself and your direction while embracing sustainable principles. Part of this course will also give you access to research databases, giving a unique insight into the potential of your idea and the marketplace.
When you have completed Course 1, you can then enrol in Course 3. This course, Business Strategy Planning, hones in on your business model and how you will position to compete. You will incorporate the learning from Course 1, but the focus will be on bringing your idea to market with a strategic mind-set. You will once again have access to research databases to focus your knowledge. At the end of this course, you will be ready to pitch your idea to potential influencers and supporters and launch your business into the market where you will compete for your customers.
If you are an operating business with an established business model and want to begin a regeneration transformation program or are planning to embark on a phased transition to an emerging business model, you will enrol in Course 2, Business Model Regeneration and Emergence.
When Course 2 is completed, business groups can choose to enrol in Course 3, Business Strategy Planning.
Once you have your Business Strategy, it is time to consider your marketing and international strategy as either a 'start-up' or established business. Courses 4 and 5 will allow you to understand how to communicate to your market and compete internationally.
When you have completed Courses 1 or 2, you can join the ‘The Club' as a subscribed member.
‘The Club’ membership will give you full access to an entrepreneur-in-residence and events tailored to the entrepreneurial sustainable journey as either a start-up or established business. It will also provide a portal for your ongoing research and development resources.
